Mrs. Bernard Striar - Bangor - Mrs Anna Striar, 45 of 143 Grove St., died March 31 at a local hospital after a long illness. She was born in New York City, Sept. 17, 1929, daughter of Morris and Rose Kuritsky. She was a member of the Congregation Beth Abraham and Beth Abraham Sisterhood. Surviving, besides her father of New York City, are her husband, Bernard Striar of Bangor; one son, Gary Striar of Bangor; one daughter, Deborah Striar; one sister, Mrs. Gerald (Sandra) Kassler, New York City. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m., Jewish Funeral Chapel, Center Street, with Rabbi Henry Isaacs officiating. Burial will be in the Beth Abraham Cemetery. Arrangements by Brookins-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
