Mrs. Sonya Smith - Bangor- Mrs. Sonya Smith, 77, died Feb. 27 at a local hospital after a long illness. She was born in Russia. She was a life member of the Bangor Chapter of Hadassah and a member of the Beth Abraham Sisterhood. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. at the funeral chapel, Center Street, Bangor, with Rabbi Henry Isaacs officiating. Interment will be at the Beth Abraham Cemetery.
